we had a fantastic stay at the pheasant inn. the welcome was truly warm, and the staff were really informative upon arrival. the atmosphere in the bar and restaurant was great, and we dined twice, enjoying high-quality meals. breakfast was included, and we loved the range of beers available.

Spending two nights in the King Room was delightful, highlighted by the outstanding locally caught fish dishes for breakfast and dinner. The room was pristine and boasted a breathtaking view of the fields, alongside comforts like air conditioning and a comfy bed. Despite the location above a pub, it was impressively quiet at night, adding to the overall charm of the experience.

Our standard king room offered a spectacular view of the gardens, and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud.
